CREATE 3 HANDMADE BOOKS IN 1 FUN AFTERNOON CLASS!

Saturday September 14, 2019 – CREATE 3 HANDMADE BOOKS IN 1 FUN AFTERNOON CLASS! Learn the basics of handmade bookmaking to showcase your watercolor, pen & ink, collage, painting, pencil, charcoal artwork or doodles in a beautiful and portable presentation. If you like to write, these also make great journals and notebooks. The simple pamphlet stitch binding will be your jumping off point for other bindings and book spine treatments. We will use archival papers and will also love the planet with an injection of recycled one-of-a-kind elements. You will learn to create a simple (6 X 9 inch) thread bound book, a (7.5 X 11 inch) Origami/X-book, and a (4.5 X 18 inch) Accordion Book. All the materials and use of tools are included in the class fee; there’s nothing to bring but yourself and your friends! Warning! Bookmaking can become your next passion and your go-to special gift inspiration.  10 Students only–RSVP to me HERE
